Commercial Real Estate Moscow Awards 2007 Presented

On Thursday, April 19 in the Expocenter on Krasnaya Presnya, the fourth annual Commercial Real Estate Moscow Awards ceremony was held, presenting a shared opinion on the part of market players about the best commercial real estate projects. Indeed, the industry's unique professional solutions and the most successful managers were awarded during the ceremony. More than 1000 people were in attendance for the main event, among them being owners, management partners and top managers from core companies, representatives from the Moscow City government, Russian and foreign investors, as well as lawyers and consultants. The award ceremony is recognized internationally as the annual event recognizing achievements in the Russian real estate industry, as, indeed, this year guests came from Sweden, Italy, France, Turkey, UAE, Germany, Great Britain and the U.S. to the ceremony held in Moscow. The main intrigue was the nomination for Person of the Year, with the award organization committee having entrusted the selection of this professional status, as based on colleague evaluations, to those in attendance at the event. The winner was determined via direct voting during the ceremony, with the Commercial Real Estate Moscow Award for Person of the Year being presented to Erkan Erkek from Capital Partners.
