Haworth and our partner, Saimu, furnished a room in the Villa Margherita in Mendrisio for a variety of functions.  This was one of the first projects in Switzerland using DSC Axis 9000.

The auditorium has a capacity of 144 people, and is used for press conferences, lectures and seminars. In order to guarantee a clear view for all audience members, the seating is divided into two blocks across 8 stepped levels. Each row of 9 chairs is supported by a single beam.

The seating are complimented by fixed writing tables with a light grey melamine finish. These are positioned the ideal distance from the fold-down seats to enable easy access, but serve their function effectively.
