Claudio Bellini

Claudio Bellini completed his architectural studies at the famed Milan Polytechnic University in 1990. He gathered his first experience between 1987 and 1996 in his father's company c/o Mario Bellini. Diverse important designs and creations were realised during this time, among the Milan Trade Fair Centre, the Tokyo Design Centre, and the Villa Erba Congress Centre in Cernobbio.

Claudio Bellini has also successfully combined elegance and functionality in the field of interior design. These include such exquisite creations as the Extra Dry office furniture series for Marcatré, the Eclipse Spots for Erco Leuchten GmbH, and a collection of vases for Venini and leather chairs for Cassina.

In addition, he participated in many national and international exhibitions during this time. He went into business for himself in 1997, founding the Bellini Studios, which deals primarily in industrial design. At the core of these works is a balanced ratio between technology and design.

The architect and designer, who was born in 1963, lives and works in Milan. Bellini designed the elegant "Avenue" series for Haworth Italy.
