Daniel Figueroa
Daniel Figueroa worked the first time for Haworth as designer for the Orgatec 2004. He created the concept and was mainly involved in the realisation of the booth.
His recent project with Haworth was the development and design of the conference system Planes which was shown at Orgatec 2006 for the first time. It was very well received and praised by the audience. The Planes product line was extended to be a global product and was also introduced in North America and Asia in 2007.
Born in 1965, Daniel Figueroa studied furniture design and interior architecture at the university of arts and design "Burg Giebichenstein" in Halle/Saale, Germany.
Since 1995 Daniel works as freelance designer for different furniture manufacturers and other industries.
His design work includes conference-,seminar- and office furniture, exhibitions and fair concepts as well as products for home furnishing.
He was awarded with numerous international design awards since 1998.
