Transalpe is an international freight forwarding company offering a broad range of services through a world-wide network of branch offices and correspondents. Transalpe is continuously improving its services in all these areas in terms of quality to better meet all its clients needs. Technological innovation and qualified personnel are the winning combination, which requires a working environment able to attract and retain young and high performing people, motivating and inspiring them. Comfort, flexibility, and an environment supporting new technologies are necessary.
Challenge
Transalpe had specific requirements concerning the performance of their workspace:
- Human performance - a focus on both privacy as well as collaborative interaction and communication. Supportive ergonomics and mobility.
- Organisational performance - High quality internal and external image and branding. Support for technical operations (information management and communication).
- Facility performance - Flexibility and adaptability.
The workspace had to communicate messages in line with the company mission, being able to both internally and externally support the company culture and market positioning: innovation, high quality, sustainability and flexibility.
Kalì arredamenti responded quickly and fully to all these needs, cooperating with the architect Luca Difonzo from LC Architetti, Livorno.
Application / Scope
Transalpe has 30 employees plus 50 staff members in a 650m2 space.
The workplace was separated with Network partition walls, integrated with Esedra, while TL Tutti was chosen as the furniture system, creating 23 workstations.
The meeting tables and executive offices were created with Bay tables and the System X-99 and System X-88 chair ranges.
